Pataskala Haunted Forest

Per Mr. Murdock:
Those entering will experience intense audio and lighting effects, extreme low visibility, fog and damp or wet conditions, uneven surfaces and wooden platforms, and a physically demanding environment. You SHOULD NOT enter if you are pregnant, claustrophobic, or prone to seizures or have heart or respiratory conditions. For YOUR SAFETY and the SAFETY of Others, you WILL NOT be admitted if you appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or are wearing any form of temporary cast, medical brace or crutches.

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. Your ticket is a Revocable License and may be taken without admission. The ticket holder understands that there is an inherent risk involved by participating in the Pataskala Haunted Forest. The Ticket holder assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation; and in consideration and acceptance of participation, agrees to release the operator, the hosting organization, its parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and volunteers from any liability, harm, injury, death and expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly for attending the Pataskala Lions Club Haunted Forest and/or Pataskala Lions Park facilities.
By entering the Pataskala Haunted Forest, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.
Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Pataskala Haunted Forest, the Pataskala Lions Club and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.
By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
PATASKALA HAUNTED FOREST/PATASKALA LIONS CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ADMISSION TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON.

- NO Cameras, Camcorders, Portable Video devices, or Smart Glasses allowed inside.
- NO Cellphone use while in the forest.
- NO Smoking, Drinking or Food allowed in the forest.
- NO Running or Pushing.
- NO Touching the Actors or Props nor will they intentionally touch you.
VIOLATORS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY ESCORTED OUT OF THE FOREST WITHOUT REFUND
